Found another crash in yet another Waixing unlicensed game. The game seems to crash every time after beating stage 2, it goes to the map screen between levels then crashes when stage 3 should load. Doesn't seem to be a region issue like the last game I asked about. So I'm not sure if the game is actually beatable, unless I'm missing something.
There is a ROM hack that simply skips to stage 4 after beating stage 2, but I'd be interesting in learning the whole game if it's possible to get stage 3 working, before I just learn the hack instead. Link to the hack that skips stage 3 - https://ko-fi.com/s/f4d92498a7
I attached 2 Mesen savestates, the first is right before the crash, just stand over the object and hit Down to pick it up and end the stage, then it will crash on the map screen. The second is right before the end of stage 1, so what happens when the map screen doesn't crash. Any help would be great.
