How to export FAMILY BASIC program to WAV file in emulator?

Hi,

I wrote a FAMILY BASIC program in Mesen EMU, it can be saved as a .fbt virtual tape file.
How can I export or convert it to a WAV file so that I can record it on a real cassette that can be read on a real Famicom?

BTW, VirtualNESex also have .vtp virtual tap file, but I didn't find any solution to convert it to WAV file yet.
