Is it technically possible to make a SNES dev tool/kit that forgoes C and just uses ASM with a very simple and intuitive mostly drop & drag front end UI and UX that would allow casuals to start making simple SNES games very quickly while still allowing for them to optionally get down into the ASM coding when they're ready and its necessary?
