I'm troubleshooting an NES-001 that was working great until a lightning strike. I replaced the power/AV module with one from another unit, but when I apply 9v, the RP2A03 chip on the board gets really hot almost instantly, like hot enough to burn your finger. Has anyone encountered this before? What would be a good strategy to troubleshoot and fix it? I wonder if I should try to source just a chip, or a whole board.
