NES Advantage IC Replacements?

I have a completely dead NES Advantage and this is what the PCB looks like:

It seems like IC1 is totally hosed with a soda from the 80s.

Does anyone know what IC1 and IC2 are and if there are any modern replacements from DigiKey?

I tried looking up IC2 and there are many different variants and unsure which is the right one to get.
