I just saw this extremely impressive fps game in development for C64, https://youtu.be/VfBQ0NSu0as?si=w9tOO1avmDUZmw-L, and I was wondering if such a thing were to be considered on SNES, if it would be easier if everything was being calculated with the system displaying the visuals on one of the 2bpp layers rather than a 4bpp layer, if that even makes any difference at all?
