GBA Sound

Starting work on a GBA game which I plan to cross release on a stripped down emulator on steam and epic as well.

I only just started and can't find information on the format that GBA uses for it's sound.

I know it has 6 channels, 16 per from what I have read. But I can't find anything on whether it can compile with file types, what file types, or if I have to convert data and paste it straight into code or something.

I was looking through trackers and can't find any new trackers that support this, and I found GBT player, openmpt and something called "boyscout" which is designed specifically for GBA as well as m4G tracker. A lot of these are .gba files themselves as if they were either meant to be games or they want me to literally make music-->rip file and paste into my game.

basically, I am just looking for something with a piano roll that will give me an accurate playback and I don't need to jump through the fires of hell just to get it into the game. Preferably, I would like to just have everything .wav files if that is possible.

tl;Dr:: Give me the best sound mixer/tracker for GBA/SP.
