Guidance needed please - Multicart dumping (120-in-1 and 190-in-1)

Hi,

I have two bootleg cartridges which I'd like to dump and be able to play via RetroArch. I haven't been able to find either of these cartridges online in any of the bootleg ROM databases and XML files I've seen referenced around.

I am new to ROM dumping and I recently bought a FC Dumper V3.5 via AliExpress (linked below):

Is there a guide on how I can determine PRG and MAP for these carts?
What do I need to do to figure out the mapping, and other parameters?

Although the individual games on these can of course be found elsewhere, the cartridges are very nostalgic for me, so I'm fairly motivated to dump these properly if I can. Please see photos of the cartridges below:
