I developed it as a release platform for my own game https://t1lt.itch.io/mitm, but realized it is also a pretty handy development tool in its own right, so I made a special developer version it with a cutout for USB (and the CNC-milled label, I couldn't resist![😅]()

It is capable of flashing both on its own and inside the NES, and can be fully integrated into NESMaker.
