FDS BIOS Dumper

I consider this to be the first feature complete version now, so here's the thread.
This is a disk program for the Famicom Disk System (FDS) which can dump the 8KiB BIOS ROM onto disk. I made this for two reasons:

1. To learn how to use the BIOS disk I/O routines.
2. To provide a simple (and legal) method of dumping the FDS BIOS from original hardware. (v.s. extracting it from GCN Animal Crossing or Wii VC)

It's primarily intended and tested for the FDSKey, but it should probably work fine on other drive emulators and original disks + drives. Tests on write-protected drives would be appreciated, as the drive in my Sharp Twin Famicom appears to have no protections.
