Finally got better quality pics of one of the most wanted cartridges I were looking (Honoo no Toukyuuji: Dodge Danpei)
It turns out to be a full discrete replica of mapper #069 (at least at the level of features required by this game, without modyfing the original ROM).
Hardware is very similar to another #069 replica (Batman), though with those differences:
* Mirroring can now be H/V/1/0 (controlled by PAL), not just hardwired V like in Batman
* IRQ counter cannot be stopped
* Instead of pulling up the PRG-A14..A16 lines, they are ORed (same logical result)
This missing DIP24 chip could probably be PAL20L10. When populated, it would replace IC3 (7432), IC4 (7486) and IC5 (7474).
Previously known low-quality photo shows it was alternatively populated with DIP32 PRG MASK ROM + DIP32 CHR EEPROM.
